The Flatirons Building Council takes great pride in presenting the 20th annual Tour of Homes. Showcasing some of the finest builders in the north metro area, the Tour of Homes has something for everyone; featuring 16 new homes ranging in price from the low $200,000s to over $3 million. You can walk through each home or visit our Web site at www.flatironstourofhomes.com to travel through the homes you were unable to tour.
We are proud to introduce for the second year the Flatirons Building Council Tour of Homes Keepsake Magazine. The guide will be distributed to more than 50,000 homes in the Boulder and Broomfield area as well as local real estate offices and the tour homes themselves. The Tour guide includes floor plans and descriptions, articles and photos from participating homebuilders, as well as the latest in home trends. Purchasing or remodeling a home is the biggest investment most people will ever make. Whether you’re ready to make this decision or you’re simply gathering ideas, we hope the Flatirons Tour of Homes will be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Founded in 1993 by members of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the Home Builders Foundation benefits from the immense generosity and resources of the Denver-area building industry to provide housing accessibility and other services for victims of tragic circumstances.

This looks interesting since the last event I attended was the Parades of Home. Is there a cost to visiting these homes like ticket prices since I cannot find any information to whether it is free or not.
The event is free. You can visit all the models.

Is there a place to meet or do we just go to any house as we please? If it's the former, where do we meet? If the latter, do you have map that is easy to use to get from one house to the other? Thanks!
