Sopris Homes, LLC with the Carbondale model at The Sanctuary at Huntington Trails community won the Overall Award of Excellence. The Carbondale also won in the $600,000 – $999,999 category.
Telluride - Wildgrass Townhomes
Aspen - Anthem Ranch by Del Webb
Legend Ridge - Gary Wood Signature Homes
Standard Pacific’s Telluride model at Wildgrass Townhomes was awarded for the Award of Excellence for up to $399,999.
Pulte Homes’ Aspen model at Anthem Ranch by Del Web was awarded for the $400,000 to $599,999 category.
Legend Ridge by Gary Wood Signature Homes won for the Over $1 millioncategory.
