Open your house to the Tour of Homes : Register Today
The Flatirons Tour of Homes will showcase the finest new and remodeled homes in the North Metro area. The thousands of potential home buyers expected to attend will not only be dreaming about which home to buy, but how to furnish, decorate, remodel, landscape and secure their dream come true.
For the first time in Tour history, all builders, developers and remodelers – regardless of membership with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver – are eligible to enter homes in the Tour. So there’s no excuse for missing one of the HBA’s most action-packed events of the season.
The Tour will be better than ever this year.
In addition to the new unrestricted entry requirements, the Flatirons Tour of Homes will add categories to its Best of Tour contest this year. The categories will add more excitement to the Tour and allow us to effectively market the event to homebuyers from every demographic segment.
Participating homes can compete in one or more of the following categories:
- Best Luxury Living
- Best Active Adult Living
- Best Urban Living
- Best Starter Home
- Best Upgrade Home
- Best Remodel (less than $75,000 and $75,000-plus)
In addition to awards for the categories listed above, a Best Green Home and Best of Show award will also be awarded. All entries will be judged by a panel of experts from the housing industry including architects, builders, consultants and new home marketing specialists.
What’s in it for you? Success.
“Markel Homes participates in the Flatirons Tour of Homes every year. We consistently get a great turn out of visitors,” asserts Asa J. Welch of Markel Homes. “We often receive residual traffic in the months that follow the Tour, as visitors always tell their friends about the places they’ve seen.”
“Sopris Homes has had tremendous success these past few years with the Flatirons Tour of Homes. We have sold one to two homes each and every year directly?elated to Tour visitors,” enthuses Jen Schell of Sopris Homes. “The promotion, sales results and ease of participation have made it the best marketing event we do all year.”
“The Home Builder Association of Metro Denver’s partnership with the Camera has always been the driving force behind the popularity and success of the Tour,” says Roger Reinhardt, executive vice president of the Flatirons Building Council. “We are thrilled that the Camera has gone the extra mile this year by agreeing to coordinate the event. They have also agreed to donate a percentage of the profits to the Flatirons Building Council, for which we are truly grateful. It’s going to be another blockbuster Tour, a great investment for area builders, developers and remodelers. Register your homes today.”
